Size exchanges are available only for orders within Japan if requested within 7 days of the delivery date.

For international orders, additional fees may apply.

Please note that for orders shipped outside of Japan, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

For size exchanges, additional production time will be required, as the item will need to be remade.

Shipping costs for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Because our products are made to order and require significant artisan time, we generally do not accept cancellations or returns, except in cases where the item is defective.
